Governmental Dread

I will go to change my name tomorrow, but I'm dreading it. For one simple fact: it's a government office, and the government doesn't do anything quickly. Let's hope that if I arrive before 1 pm, that maybe I will be helped by the time they close at 4 (yeah, they are only open M-F 9a-4p!)
